Job summary

TerraBarn Inc in Dasmariñas, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Support/Account Coordination specialist to back Key Account Managers. You will handle day-to-day servicing, coordinate with the Customer Experience division on orders and client inquiries, and help prepare account performance reports and client presentations.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proactive teamwork, with opportunities to identify cross-sell opportunities and support new business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Office and CRM or account-tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the assigned Key Account Manager(s) in servicing client accounts.
• Coordinate with the Customer Experience division on order status, delivery schedules, and client inquiries.
• Prepare account performance reports, sales trackers, and client presentation materials.
• Assist in identifying growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support new business development activities (prospecting, initial client outreach, proposal preparation) under the Key Account Manager’s guidance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and CRM/tracking tools.
• Attend client meetings and business reviews alongside the Key Account Manager.
