Klaiya in Manila seeks an Accounts Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serve as the main contact for inquiries, and ensure timely payments. You will monitor satisfaction, maintain CRM records, and ensure projects meet client expectations and quality standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in accounts management and strong negotiation and leadership skills; experience with deck creation and client pitching is essential, with digital marketing as a plus.

Qualifications
