Job summary

Klaiya in Manila is seeking an Accounts Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and serve as the primary contact for inquiries, requests, and escalations.

You will ensure timely collections, track payments, monitor satisfaction, and keep accurate CRM records and project status, ensuring projects align with client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Accounts Management.
• Experience in creating a deck and pitching to clients.
• Digital marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
• The ability to build rapport with key clients.
• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
