Job summary

HTU is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition specialist in Makati, Philippines. You will craft multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive talent for niche roles and act as the brand ambassador, ensuring respectful, timely communication with candidates.

In this role, you will conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment, build strong pipelines, and maintain meticulous ATS data for real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including difficult conversations.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to assess culture.
• Self-starter with resilience and bias for action under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive talent for niche roles.
• Act as the face of the brand, ensuring timely, transparent, and respectful communication with candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and resilience.
• Proactively build high-quality talent pipelines to reduce future time-to-hire.
• Maintain accurate data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System for real-time reporting.
