Qualifications

• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally across multiple regions.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search.
• Experience managing an ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple requisitions across time zones.
• Commitment to fair, compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across NA, EUK, ANZ and PH.
• Define roles and future skill needs with regional leaders.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for priority roles.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience end-to-end.
• Report on hiring metrics and forecast needs across regions.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and templates.
