You’ll schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and support onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth, candidate-centric recruitment journey.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & talent search: Find and engage candidates for various IT roles using job boards, social platforms, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Employer Branding & Job Ads: Craft and post compelling job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Coordination & Logistics: Schedule and organize interviews between hiring managers and top candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Build meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and job requirements.
• ATS & Operations: Maintain precise candidate records, interview notes, and pipeline data in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing documentation and coordinating seamless onboarding for new hires.
