Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin or related field is required.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing knowledge and recruitment tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and qualifications.
• Create and publish job postings across platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates.
• Manage job offers, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
