Job summary

BSMT PH INC. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment specialist in Metro Manila to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding follow-up. You will source candidates through local platforms and manage interviews, offers, and onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline.

The role requires collaboration with hiring managers, data-driven recruitment tracking, and ongoing optimization of sourcing channels for TikTok e-commerce and local markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, covering job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates via JobStreet, JobsDB, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, local job boards, TikTok/e-commerce communities and other local platforms.
• Proactively identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.
• Conduct an initial HR interview to assess the candidate's work experience, job-seeking motivation, career expectations, communication skills and overall fit with the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs, job requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Regularly report on the recruitment progress, candidate reserve status and core recruitment difficulties.
• Develop and establish efficient local recruitment channels based on the characteristics of different positions and the talent market.
• Accurately maintain recruitment records and candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Track core recruitment metrics, such as candidate talent pool, interview conversion rate, offer acceptance rate, recruitment cycle and recruitment completion status.
• Regularly review recruitment effectiveness, and optimize talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes based on data and market feedback.
• For TikTok e-commerce business, we continuously conduct mapping of the local talent market to understand the talent distribution of competitors, MCNs, agency operation service providers, LIVE e-commerce and Chinese enterprises going global.
