Job summary

AMERITEL BPO Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Program Trainer to support the development and delivery of training programs across departments. The role offers growth opportunities within the training and development track.

You will train trainees by telephone, collaborate with management to identify training needs, and prepare training materials such as modules, videos, and presentations, while tracking performance against the training plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months in a support role (SME, coach, QC).
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Responsibilities

• Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
