Job summary

A BPO training organization in Pampanga is seeking a Training Supervisor to train employees on phone contact strategies and develop training materials. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in BPO or teaching roles, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be efficient in multitasking. This position offers competitive compensation with a base pay of 30,000 to 50,000 PHP and holidays off.

• At least 2 years experience in a BPO Training role or as professional teaching.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

Requirements

• 30,000-50,000 Base Pay (based on experience and performance)
• Low training throughput requirement - 30%
• 1,500 Monthly or 40,000 Annual Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Fixed Schedule and WEEKENDS ARE ALWAYS OFF
• Major US holidays off
• Up to Two(2) weeks Christmas and New Year Break
