Job summary

AMERITEL BPO Services Inc. in Angeles, Pampanga is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver training for contact-center staff.

You will collaborate with management, develop materials, and monitor performance to ensure effective learning and on-the-job results. The role requires at least 2 years in a BPO training context or teaching, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a BPO Training role OR 2 years as professional teaching.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Responsibilities

• Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
