Job summary

RC Low Human Resource Consultancy OPC in Pasig City is hiring a Trainer to join a fast-growing BPO team in Pasig City. This is a full onsite role on a night shift schedule, ideal for experienced BPO professionals ready to step into a learning and development function.

You will facilitate new hire training, conduct classroom and/or virtual training sessions, deliver product, process, and communication training, coach and support trainees, monitor performance, and update training materials.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Trainer in a BPO or related industry
• Open to undergraduate candidates
• Experience as Trainer, SME, QA, or Team Lead (coaching exposure preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable handling classroom training and facilitation
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City and night shift schedule
