Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in dining or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house dining staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor table management and guest flow to optimize seating arrangements and dining experience.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company service standards, hygiene protocols, and presentation guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training and onboarding new dining staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Support inventory management and ordering of dining supplies and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle reservations and manage peak-hour operations.
• Report operational issues to senior management and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to promotional activities and special events hosted by the restaurant.
