• 1-3 years of experience in dining or restaurant management, or equivalent supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Customer service excellence with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities during service periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring payroll and attendance records.
• Handle and monitor service charge (SC) administration and related documentation.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation management software
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house dining staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure smooth service delivery

• Ensure all staff adhere to company service standards, hygiene protocols, and presentation guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction
• Assist in training and onboarding new dining staff members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Support inventory management and ordering of dining supplies and beverages
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Handle reservations and manage peak-hour operations
• Report operational issues to senior management and implement corrective actions
