Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality-related field.
• 1–2 years of kitchen supervision or restaurant ops experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food prep, inventory and safety standards.
• Experience in food cost control, menu costing and stock management advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work on-site with flexible weekends/holidays.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to Tong Yang Grand Central.
