Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Dining Supervisor.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with restaurant reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house team including servers, hosts, and team leaders.
• Ensure smooth dining service flow and welcoming atmosphere.
• Train, motivate and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist in reservations, seating, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with restaurant manager to develop service standards.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and inventory; assist with payroll scheduling.
