About the role

This role involves managing regulatory compliance and external relations with government agencies, handling customer relations and complaint resolution, processing sales transactions and financial handling, providing operational and administrative support, and maintaining product and service knowledge.

Key responsibilities

A. Regulatory Compliance &External Relations: Act as the main contact with government agencies for permits, licenses, and compliance

B. Customer Relations &Complaint Resolution

• Respond professionally to customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints, providing effective solutions that promote satisfaction and loyalty
• Disseminate company news, product deals, promotions, and updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner

C. Sales Transactions &Financial Handling

• Accurately accept and verify cash, card, or other forms of payment in accordance with company procedures
• Process over-the-counter transactions and incoming online order requests efficiently and accurately
• Reconcile collected payments at the end of each shift and promptly resolve any discrepancies

D. Product & Service Knowledge: Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services

About you

• At least college-school graduate
• Can communicate comfortably in English and Tagalog
• Comfortable in making Excel reports and has good communication skills
• Experience in customer-service, cashiering, warehouse management and/or inventory management is a plus
