Job summary

Field Outsource Asia Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our retail operations in Metro Manila. You will greet customers, answer questions about product features, pricing, and availability, and provide product recommendations while resolving issues promptly.

Ideal candidates communicate well, have basic math skills, and are proficient with POS systems. You will upsell, stay current with promotions, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
