Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills are required to navigate systems.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly and stay assertive in calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates and contract details.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and propose payment arrangements.
• Provide accurate information and maintain professional, polite interactions.
• Handle mail and other administrative duties for Early Collections Department.
