Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, and client duties.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and suggest payment solutions; arrange payments.
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, providing accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative activities for the Early Collections Department.
