Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring for an Early Collections role in Cubao, Quezon City. You will handle outgoing and incoming collection calls, inform clients about dues and contract details, and arrange payments with tact and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non‑paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
