Job summary

UP CAP in Quezon City is seeking a debt collection associate to handle outbound and inbound calls, inform clients about due months and dates, and arrange payments.

You will collect overdue debts by phone, propose solutions, and maintain courteous, professional, and assertive communication while documenting notes.

The role requires bilingual English and Tagalog skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced daytime shift at Spark Place Cubao.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English (written and oral).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Should multi-task, be highly adaptable, and assertive.
• Willing to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City.
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, and client duties.
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non‑paying clients and make payment arrangements.
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, and provide accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative activities for the Early Collections Department.
