Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a collections specialist in Quezon City to handle outbound and inbound calls, inform clients about due dates and contract details, and arrange payment plans.

The role requires excellent communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, multitasking ability, and a willingness to work at Spark Place Cubao. Day shifts with competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive.
• Willing to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City.
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties.
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non-paying clients, make arrangements about payments.
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department.
