Job summary

Isang nangungunang kumpanya sa pananalapi ay naghahanap ng isang kolektor upang makipag-ugnayan sa mga kliyente at mangolekta ng mga overdue na pagbabayad. Ang positon ay nangangailangan ng mahusay na kakayahan sa komunikasyon at at least High School na edukasyon. Ang trabaho ay nasa Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City at may mga benepisyo tulad ng HMO, mga bonus, at mga leave.

Qualifications

• Kailangang may magandang komunikasyon sa Tagalog at Ingles, pasalita at nakasulat.
• Dapat may mga batayang kasanayan sa computer.
• Kailangan ay mataas na kakayahan sa multitasking at pagiging adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Mag-handle ng outgoing at incoming collection calls.
• Ipaalam sa mga kliyente ang tungkol sa mga due dates at kontrata.
• Mangolekta ng overdue debts sa pamamagitan ng telepono.

Mag-negotiate at mag-collect ng payments sa Home Credit clients over the phone

• No experience needed
• Kailangang may good communication at persuasive
• Tech-savvy and good coordination skills
• At least High School graduate

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department

• Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multitask, highly adaptable, and assertive
• Willing to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
