Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a collections specialist to handle outbound and inbound calls, inform clients about due dates and contract details, and arrange payment plans. The role requires strong communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will work at Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City. A High School diploma or vocational qualification is acceptable, with a competitive monthly bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Tagalog and English, written and oral.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to multitask, highly adaptable and assertive.
• Willing to work at Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City.
• High School graduate or Vocational Diploma is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and propose payment arrangements.
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively with accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative tasks for the Early Collections Department.
