Home Credit in Quezon City is seeking an entry-level Collections Associate to manage outgoing and incoming collection calls. You will inform clients about due dates and contract details, and arrange payments while maintaining a professional, assertive communication style.

The role requires bilingual English/Tagalog abilities, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City. High School graduate or Vocational Diploma is accepted.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Tagalog & English, both written and oral.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to multitask, be adaptable and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, and client duties.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and suggest payment arrangements.
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, and provide accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative activities for the Early Collections Department.
