Job summary

A financial services company in Quezon City seeks a Collections Agent who will handle client communication, manage collection calls, and facilitate payments. • Manage mail and administrative tasks for the Early Collections Department.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients and make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
