• Operate machinery, such as juicing or bottling equipment, to meet production targets.


• Perform destructive and non‑destructive quality checks, including Brix, acidity, and sensory evaluations.


• Handle sugar weighing, ingredient batching, and syrup room operations.


• Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards, ensuring sanitation of equipment.


• Perform Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and routine preventative maintenance.


• Utilize SAP and other systems to track inventory, production data, and downtime.

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.


• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent.


• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/beverage processing.


• Knowledge of SAP, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing tools.
