Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/beverage processing.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in production settings.
• Knowledge of SAP, 5S and Lean manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, such as juicing or bottling equipment, to meet production targets.
• Perform quality checks including Brix, acidity, and sensory evaluations.
• Handle sugar weighing, ingredient batching, and syrup room operations.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards, ensuring sanitation of equipment.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance and routine preventative maintenance.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to track inventory, production data, and downtime.
