Job summary

E-GMP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Laboratory Analyst to perform juice analyses (Brix, pH, acidity), and ensure product quality.

You will conduct sampling, monitor pasteurization and mixing, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, and record data in LDMS or SAP.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a food/drink production environment, a degree in Food Science or related field, and be able to work 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years in a food/drink production environment.
• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
• Experience with lab equipment and SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work 3 shifts and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform juice analyses: Brix, pH, acidity, viscosity, color, flavor.
• Sample, plate, and interpret data to detect microorganisms.
• Monitor pasteurization, homogenization, and mixing; ensure sanitation.
• Record data in LDMS or SAP; report deviations.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
