Job summary

E-GMP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in the Philippines is hiring a production operator to efficiently run filling, capping, and inspection lines. You will calibrate equipment, perform CIP/COP, and log production data to maintain schedules.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in manufacturing, be able to work 12-hour shifts, lift heavy items, and use PLC-based HMIs. High school diploma required with technical training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• High school graduate; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage bottling manufacturing is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting automated machinery and PLC/HMI familiarity.
• Ability to work long shifts, stand for long periods, and lift heavy items.

Job Description:

• Efficiently operate filling, capping, and inspection machinery to maintain production schedules.
• Routinely check filled, capped bottles for proper fill levels,, seal integrity, and codes to ensure product quality.
• Calibrate equipment, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) procedures to sanitize equipment.
• Log production data, including volumes, product information, and waste, ensuring compliance.
• Adhere to all safety rules, GMPs, andwear required personal protective equipment.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/beverage bottling.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting automated machinery and familiarity with PLC-based Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
