Job summary

RCBC in Legazpi, Bicol is seeking an absentee Business Center personnel. The role supports branch operations by stepping in as Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Pickup Teller in their absence, ensuring policy compliance and high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates are graduates in business or service fields, with strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures, and preferably some sales experience in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in the absence of assigned personnel.
• Assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure that BC transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
