RCBC is seeking an absentee-based professional to cover Business Center operations, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and external regulations while delivering excellent customer service aligned with business objectives.

Willing to be assigned at Quezon Ave and other branches, you should hold a four-year degree in business or related field, possess extensive knowledge of branch operations, and be capable of performing compliance reviews and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Experience delivering customer service in banking or sales environments.
• Ability to handle compliance-related tasks and perform reviews.
• Willingness to work across multiple branches within the assignment area.

Responsabilités

• Cover in the absence of Service Manager/Service Officer/Service Associate roles.
• Assist in compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, account reconciliations, or ATM duties as directed by District Service Head.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within policy limits and required authorities.

Job Summary

Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.

Willing to be assigned in the following locations: Quezon Ave

How will you contribute?

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate(SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.


• Assists in performing compliance reviews on case to case as assigned by the Regional Service Head.


• Performs ad hoc tasks i.e. special investigation/review, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head.


• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.

With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.

An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.

Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
