Job summary

RCBC is seeking personnel to support absentee Service Center roles in Cavite and nearby areas, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, AMLA/BSP regulations and delivering excellent customer service. Willingness to be assigned to Cavite/MIMAROPA (Calapan) is required.

The role involves serving in various Service positions during absences, assisting in compliance reviews, handling ad hoc tasks, and ensuring transactions stay within prescribed limits and authorities.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business or service industry oriented field.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in the absence of assigned personnel.
• Assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as directed by Regional Service Head.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks such as investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officer duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure that Business Center transactions are processed within set limits, approvals, and authorities per bank policies and Operations Manual and regulatory bodies.

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
