Job summary

RCBC in Capas is seeking a customer service professional for front-line banking tasks in the Business Center. The role focuses on accurate, timely service and strict adherence to BSP/AMLA regulations, with an emphasis on risk awareness and policy compliance.

The successful candidate will contribute to branch objectives through excellent customer service and be prepared to be assigned to Capas. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will receive training to meet service standards.

• Can support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implements accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank.
• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.
• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
