Unison Computer Systems, Inc. in Pasig City is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to open new business opportunities, meet targets, and drive growth through phone, email, and in-person outreach. You will prepare quotes, monitor the sales cycle, and maintain a CRM database.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and are eager to learn Customer Relations. Willingness to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig and to be trained in sales processes is required.

Qualifications

• Graduates of any 4-year course with drive and enthusiasm for sales.
• Experience handling UPS is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be trained in Customer Relations/Services.
• Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open new business opportunities, set sales goals and develop sales strategies.


• Meeting the set and agreed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).


• Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.


• Set meeting with the potential clients.


• Prepare and send quotes and proposals.


• Managing and monitoring the sales process through specific software programs in place.


• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.


• Building and maintaining a CRM (customer relation management) database.


• Participate in sales team and department meetings.


• Prepare and submit sales reports.


• Performs other sales related tasks as needed and instructed by immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Open to any 4-yr course graduates with confidence, desire, and enthusiasm to pursue a career in Sales.


• Candidates with relevant work experience in handling UPS is an advantage.


• Can excellently communicate and express in written and oral.


• Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.


• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, and problem-solving are a plus.


• Willing to be trained and learn Customer Relations/Services.
