• Candidates with relevant work experience in handling Audio-Video is an advantage.
• Can excellently communicate and express in written and oral.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, and problem-solving are a plus.
• Willing to be trained and learn Customer Relations/Services.
• Multiple vacancies available and must be willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Open new business opportunities and set sales goals.
• Meet the set and agreed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Set meeting with the potential clients.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
• Managing and monitoring the sales process through specific software programs in place.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Building and maintaining a CRM (customer relation management) database.
• Participate in sales team and department meetings.Prepare and submit sales reports.
• Performs other sales related tasks as needed and instructed by immediate superior.
