Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a VIP Host to welcome guests, identify regular customers, and deliver high standards of service to encourage repeat visits.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus, and candidates must be willing to work on-site in BGC.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a year of relevant experience in Hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Knowledge in Japanese Language is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individuals
• Focused and organized
• Able to work alone and a team player.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to work in BGC Area.

Responsibilities

• Identify good and regular customers and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits by customer.
• Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude at all times with customers.
• Anticipating customers’ needs and problems.
• Provide information about the restaurants.
• Report any incidents to the Superiors.
• Have a ‘team player” attitude with regard to reporting and handling over of all information.
• To effectively carry out all tasks given by Superiors.
