Provide administrative and operational support to the IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Software Asset Management (SAM) team.
Maintain accurate records and databases of software licenses, warranties, service agreements, and related documentation.
Support tracking and monitoring of software licensing compliance and supplier entitlements.
Assist in documenting software purchase requests and ensure completed entitlement records are properly submitted to the ITAM Entitlements team.
Support reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy of software and hardware assets purchased and inventoried.
Assist with financial administrative tasks including purchase order processing, credit card reconciliation, and cost center coding within financial systems.
Process pre-approved renewals and quotes as required (administrative in nature; training will be provided).
Respond to user email queries related to ITAM activities and software licensing concerns.
Update and maintain accurate records in systems such as ServiceNow and other SAM tools.
Act as a liaison between the LNRSG team and the Manila Entitlements team to ensure alignment and proper documentation flow.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), procurement support, IT operations, or related administrative functions.
Basic understanding of asset life-cycle management, software licensing, and compliance principles.
Working knowledge of procurement processes and asset management best practices.
Familiarity with reconciling software licenses, maintenance terms, and deployment records.
Experience with ITAM/SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
