Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an ITAM ServiceNow Specialist / Developer to lead hands-on ITAM initiatives in SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery. You will configure and extend ServiceNow solutions, implement asset lifecycle workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITAM capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in ServiceNow development, strong integration skills, and deep knowledge of software asset management and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow modules (SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery).
• Proficiency configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance ServiceNow ITAM solutions including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions using ServiceNow components and integrations.
• Design and implement asset lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain and improve CMDB accuracy, reconciliation, and governance.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and support CI data management.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support software licensing compliance, asset governance, audit readiness, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ITAM solutions.
