Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software and hardware asset management.
• Strong knowledge of at least 2-3 tier 1 publishers.

• Knowledge of 2–3 tier 1 publishers (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, etc.).
• Experience managing CMDB databases.

Network Operations - TEMPO Managed Services Analyst

Overall Purpose

The IT Asset Management (ITAM) analyst will be an active contributor in the ITAM - (HAM & SAM) projects, helping team with creating policies, providing knowledge sharing to team, client interactions for the projects.

Key Aspects and Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing a software asset management & hardware asset management program.
• Developing and implementing software asset management & hardware asset management best practices.
• Experience in implementing software asset management governance policy and processes.
• Familiarity with the software/hardware asset management tools.
• Understanding of software/hardware licensing best practices.
• Presentation skills.
• Transforming software asset management policies and processes to accommodate SaaS.
• Collaborative teamwork, good at sharing data and two-way communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Research Computer Science, Engineering, Technology) or other relevant field
• At least 5 years combined SAM & HAM experience, with knowledge of at least one specific tool for both.
• Understanding of licensing models/metrics along with the ability to understand contractual obligations for HAM & SAM.
• Strong knowledge of at least 2-3 tier 1 publishers eg: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, etc.
• Good knowledge on managing CMDB database.
• Ease with extracting, manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources with handling techniques and enterprise-driven reporting.
• Ability to apply analytical and creative thought.
