Motolite is seeking an IT Asset Management professional in the Philippines to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal. The role involves ensuring accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining SAP-based asset data.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS, at least two years of related experience, and strong Excel/documentation skills. Join a team focused on efficient asset control and reporting.
Manage the inventory and lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Process IT asset requests, issuance, transfers, and asset accountability documentation.
Maintain accurate asset records and update the IT Asset Management system (e.g., SAP).
Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, warranties, and repairs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of IT equipment and supplies.
Review and maintain procurement and billing documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Conduct regular inventory audits and track asset movements, transfers, and disposals.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory, procurement, billing, and asset utilization.
Install, configure, and perform basic testing of newly deployed IT equipment.
Perform other duties related to IT asset management as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, IT Support, or a related role.
Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
Familiarity with SAP or other IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, IT Support, or a related role is an advantage.
