Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, IT Support, or related role.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or other IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory and lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, peripherals).
• Process IT asset requests, issuance, transfers, and asset accountability documentation.
• Maintain accurate asset records and update the IT Asset Management system (e.g., SAP).
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, warranties, and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of IT equipment and supplies.
• Review procurement and billing documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and track asset movements, transfers, and disposals.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, procurement, billing, and asset utilization.
• Install, configure, and perform basic testing of newly deployed IT equipment.
• Perform other duties related to IT asset management as assigned by management.
