A prominent staffing and consulting firm is looking for a highly experienced IT professional to lead and manage global IT Asset Management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance, and promoting operational efficiency on a global scale. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in IT operations, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Operations, including Hardware, Software, and Network technologies.
• At least 5 years in IT Asset Management with global ITAM experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles with people management responsibility.
• BPO experience preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
• ITAM, ITIL, or related certifications are advantageous
• Strong strategic thinking and executive-level communication skills
• Expertise in ITAM tools and software license management (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, Flexera)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location operations
