Job summary

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage core technology infrastructure across the organization and provide comprehensive technical support to maintain operational efficiency.

You will handle first- and second-line IT support, configure desktops and software, monitor connectivity and security, and collaborate with leadership on system upgrades for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or desktop support.
• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN configurations.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in a BPO or distributed workforce environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for staff.
• Configure and maintain desktops, peripherals, software, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, VPN connections, and apply basic system security measures.
• Identify, log, and resolve recurring technical glitches; document solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with leadership on system upgrades, hardware maintenance, and IT workflow improvements.
