Qualifications

• Must be customer oriented.

• Understanding of Infra topics: MSSQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL, Windows/Linux, Citrix, cloud, networking.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; scripting basics.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Git; ITIL v3.0 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/-create compliance or system lifecycle documentation.
• Remediate, migrate or decommission legacy systems with IT Infrastructure.
• Work with vendors to resolve vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate server and database patches.
• Perform Disaster Recovery testing.
• Handle incident, change and knowledge management.
• Coordinate backups and system monitoring.
• Oversee software management and small config changes.
• Knowledge transfer and shadowing during system transitions.
• Interface with business and IT across functions to gather demands.
• Monitor access identity and audit trails.
• Coordinate system archiving and decommissioning.
