Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a proactive Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on cloud problem and incident management, automation, and day-2 support for AWS-based environments.

You will work under Cloud architects, enforce security best practices, manage access, and contribute to runbooks, IaC pipelines, and ITIL-aligned processes in a global, Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• IaaS cloud experience with AWS.
• Strong IaC experience using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD practices.
• Networking and security knowledge (routing, VPN, firewall, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Respond to cloud environment issues and incidents.
• Assist with user access issues and modify access requests.
• Maintain cloud health: patching, backups, performance thresholds.
• Create and maintain Runbooks and support documentation.
• Adhere to ITIL processes (change, problem, incident management).
