Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. in Alabang, Philippines is seeking a Systems Operations System Lead to oversee end-to-end system lifecycle, participate in disaster recovery planning and coordinate across IT and business teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in IT, 3+ years of system lead experience, strong English communication, and hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, databases, servers, cloud, and networking. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Lead or similar.
• Experience with infrastructure topics such as databases, servers, cloud systems, networking, etc.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational company.
• At least 2 of the following tech: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, API.
• Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage system lifecycle and ensure compliance documentation.
• Coordinate backup/recovery activities and perform Disaster Recovery testing.
• Oversee Service Level Agreements, audit trails, access & identity monitoring.
• Coordinate patches and vulnerability resolutions for servers/databases.
• Coordinate software management tasks: patching, packaging, testing, licensing, configuration changes.
• Interface with multiple business and IT stakeholders and act as a coordination SOcP.
• Perform Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure to remediate, migrate or decommission systems.

Pay Range: Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage system throughout its whole lifecycle and complete its Compliance documentation
• Coordinating and scheduling backup/recovery & Performing Disaster Recovery Testing
• Service Level Agreement, Audit trail, Access & identity monitoring
• Coordinating (but not performing) server, database patches and resolving vulnerabilities
• Coordinating software management: Patching / Packaging / Testing / License management / Small enhancements/configuration changes
• Interfacing/Coordinate with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional Areas & Infrastructure)
• Interfaces to IT SME, IT Capability leads and to other internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance) as well as external stakeholders (vendors, academia, healthcare companies, etc.). Interfaces to/SPOC for the broader IT organization acting in a coordination role.
• Performing Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate replace migrate or decommission systems (Including legacy systems and coordinating System Archiving) or infrastructure items

Qualifications

• Must be bachelor's degree in IT or similar
• 3+ years working as a System Lead or similar
• Good general understanding of assigned application and system support service tasks
• Proven work experience in an IT technical support or similar role
• Must have demonstrated understanding and experience with Infrastructure topics such as databases, servers, cloud systems, networking etc.
• Must have at least 3 years working with cross functional teams (Internal/External) in Multi-National Company
• Must have at least 2 of the following technology/platform experience: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, API
• A demonstrated understanding of Operational Excellence ITIL v3.0 or higher Fundamentals Certification
• Must have Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills
