Job summary

Stefanini, Inc in Pasay is searching for a Service Delivery Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact for clients. The ideal candidate will manage the daily delivery of Service Desk and BPO services while providing leadership to the team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT management role. The work setup is hybrid, requiring two days a week onsite in Pasay City, Philippines.

The salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2‑3 years experience in an IT management role (ITO, Service Desk, or Helpdesk).
• In‑depth understanding of ITO industry dynamics.
• High tolerance and ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client(s).
• Responsible for day to day delivery of Service Desk, Security Administration, and BPO services.
• Provide leadership, direction and coach/mentor team.
