Advanced Energy is seeking an IT Support Analyst in the Philippines to provide comprehensive hardware, software, network, and server support for end users. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, VOIP, and IT infrastructure support, reporting to the IT Manager.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent, 2 years of LAN/Server experience, and strong knowledge of Windows, AD, and network infrastructure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of LAN, Network, Servers and PC experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory, and endpoint setup for desktops/laptops/mobile devices.
• Strong experience in network/infrastructure support including LANs, Dell VxRail/Nutanix, Cisco switches, VOIP, APs, and printers.
• Ground-up deployment, configuration, maintenance, and repair of PCs and peripherals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good English communication.

Mansioni

• Receive, respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues for internal customers promptly and professionally.
• Log, monitor, escalate, resolve, and close incidents with the Service Desk system.
• Provide desktop and end-user support and diagnostics with courteous resolution.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software, PCs, printers, switches, servers, and related IT equipment.
• Deploy new PCs, manage roll-downs, and maintain IT asset records and loaner systems.
• Escalate advanced issues to appropriate teams and coordinate with managers on priorities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and Purchasing for evaluation and procurement of IT/network equipment.
• Support users with IT onboarding, training, and compliance with quality, safety, and policies.
