Job summary

Adventus in the Philippines seeks an IT Support Specialist to troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and networks, with 1–3 years of experience. The role includes on-site and remote support to ensure uptime and user satisfaction.

You will install and configure operating systems and applications, provide basic Microsoft 365 support, and document issues while collaborating with the team to resolve incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience providing both end‑user and network troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications.
• Provide basic Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Handle user accounts, passwords, and access issues.
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support.
• Document tickets clearly and escalate when needed.
• Understand TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS.
